What is a Wish List?
The Wish List is a feature by which you can shortlist items across
Indiaplaza and store them for future access and convenient purchases
subsequently. You can even allow your friends / relatives to access
your Wish List to help them gift you items of your interest. For

What is a Shopping Cart?
An online shopping cart is similar to the cart you use in physical
supermarkets. You add items that you wish to purchase into it
and proceed to pay for your order. You can add as many items
you want from any of our stores.
What does "Recommend to a Friend" mean?
All items at Indiaplaza have a "Recommend to a Friend"
option. Using this, an email is sent to your friend on your
behalf, with a recommendation message.
What is My Account?
"My Account" allows you complete control over your
transactions at Indiaplaza. Not only can you manage / edit all
your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, you
can change your user ids and passwords. You can also track the
status of your pending orders or edit them through this section.

What are your shipping charges?
A shipping charge is applicable on all items at Indiaplaza
except for Indiaplaza Electronic Gift Ceftificates. To find out
the actual shipping charges applicable for various items, please
read through the Indiaplaza Shipping Charges
and Policies.
What about other taxes and levies like sales tax, octroi etc.?
All item prices on Indiaplaza are inclusive of sales tax (wherever
applicable), and hence you need not add anything to the price
of the item to account for sales tax.
Some states in India / United States and Other Countries however have additional
levies like octroi. These are additional and need to be borne
by you, wherever applicable.
What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Indiaplaza?
If an item ordered by you on Indiaplaza is delivered to you in
a damaged / defective condition, please email us at service@Indiaplaza.com
for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to
you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked up
from you at our cost.
How can I return a product
ordered from Indiaplaza?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience
on Indiaplaza, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy.
Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any
unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding
shipping costs).
Incase of Mobiles, Home and Kitchen appliances, Consumer Durables and Electronics items & Gold Coins, the No Questions Asked Return Policy will not be applicable. Incase of any kind of malfunctioning or defect, the item will need to be taken to the nearest service station authorised by the manufacturer.
In case of jewellery shipped within India, the No Questions
Asked return policy is valid upto 7 days from the date of delivery.
Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, we are
unable to extend our Returns Policy for any items shipped
outside India.

Indiaplaza offers you a variety of convenient payment options to
choose from, so that you can transact at Indiaplaza conveniently

Do you accept
international credit cards on Indiaplaza?
Our overseas customers and Non Resident Indians can use their
International credit cards to make payments for their orders.
We accept all American Express, Diners, MasterCard and Visa
credit cards (Indian and International) and also various Indian
and International debit cards on the store.
How safe
is it to shop online with a credit card?
At Indiaplaza, it is safe to use your credit card to make payment
for your order.
Indiaplaza uses the latest encryption technology to ensure that
information is transmitted from your browser to our servers
safely over the Internet on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) link.
In fact, we have a secure digital certificate from Verisign
Inc., one of the world's largest secure digital certificates
issuing company.
All your personal information like user name, passwords, credit
card number, transaction history are encrypted so that they
cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
Further, at Indiaplaza, we insist on you entering the CVV (Credit
Verification Value) number on your credit card. This is a 3
digit number which follows your credit card number and is given
at the back of the card. In other words, even if someone has
access to your credit card number alone (this is possible since
you leave behind this number every time you transact with your
card anywhere, including physical stores / outlets), they cannot
use it to transact at Indiaplaza without the CVV number.
Can I send gifts to my friends and relatives
through Indiaplaza?
Gifting at Indiaplaza is hassle-free with many options like delivering
your gifts with your own personal message on specific dates
and also getting them gift wrapped, we also have iRemind, the Event reminder service. For more details, please

How do I redeem or pay for my orders using
a Indiaplaza Gift Certificate?
Each Indiaplaza gift certificate carries a unique 17 digit gift
certificate number which is printed/displayed on the Gift Certificate.
You should use this number to redeem your gift certificate and
pay for your order.

Is there any minimum order value that I need
to order?
No. You can order as much or as little you want from any of
our stores. At Indiaplaza, we believe that all orders, irrespective
of their values are equally important.
Can I purchase items from different stores in the same order?
Yes, you can order items from multiple stores in a single order.
This is one of the many conveniences in shopping online at the
Indiaplaza supermarket.
Can I ship different items in the same order to different shipping
addresses?
Yes. In case you have (say) 5 items in your order across various
stores, you can assign different shipping addresses to one or
more of these items. Whats more, you can assign each item
to be delivered on different dates.
Can
I cancel an order or change the order after it is placed?
Yes. To cancel an order, click on the My Account link
in the top right of any page on the store. This will take you
to your My Account page, where you can click on the Track
Your Pending Orders link to view all the orders that have
not yet been fulfilled. You can then click on the Order Number
that you wish to cancel and then finally click on the Cancel
Your Order link available for that order. Please note that
you can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the shipping
process.
You cannot cancel orders for customised items like Build Your Own Watch, unbranded 22K gold jewellery, Custom built music CDs, personalised T-shirts or imported books (books with shipping period of 13 days or more) since all these items are manufactured / procured specifically against your order.
Similarly, you can use the links "Edit items", "Edit
Shipping Address" or "Make Payment" on your "My
Account" page to change the items in your order, change the
shipping address or to pay for the order, in case you encountered
any difficulties or could not complete the details while placing
your order.
How
do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders,
whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Indiaplaza.
To check the status of your pending orders, click on the My
Account link in the top right of any page on our store.
This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click
on the Track Your Pending Orders link to view the
status of all orders that have not yet been fully delivered. To
view the status of a specific order, click on the Order
Number. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse,
we will send you a mail with the shipping details.
To review the details of orders that have already been fulfilled,
you can click on Review Your Purchase History link
on your My Account page. To get the details of a specific order,
click on the specific Order Number.
My order is shown to be in 'Pending Authorisation'
state. What does it mean?
Your order passes through several states before it finally enters
the 'Delivered' state after it is delivered to you or to the shipping
address you entered while ordering. The following are the states
through which the order goes through and their meanings:
Pending Authorisation :Your order has
been logged on the store. We have yet to get the authorisation
from the bank or we are waiting for the bank to get back to us
with the authorisation of your payment.
Authorised : We have received the payment approval
from the bank and we are about to begin the processing of your
order.
Being Processed : We have started the process
of procuring the items in your order and are waiting for them
to be delivered to us.
Ready to ship : We have procured the items in
your order, have packed the items and will handover the consignment
to our delivery partner for shipment.Please note: The status will move to "Ready to ship" immediately after authorisation for certain items that are shipped directly from our sources although they will be processed and shipped only as per the specified shipping duration mentioned against the item while placing your order.
Shipped :Your order has already been shipped
out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
Delivered : The order has already been delivered
to the delivery location specified by you.
